On a Saturday night, I walked in at 6:45pm and was greeted with our buffet closes in a half-hour, so if you want to eat, It will have to be fast. The sad part was 8 other groups came in after and got the same. Who closes down early on a Saturday night. This place sucks. especially the staff

I ordered a pizza online and made a mistake by ordering it without cheese. I didn’t realize until after I picked it up and drove back to where I was staying. I called pizza ranch and they were generous enough to make me another pizza (with delicious cheese) free of charge! Definitely 5 stars for the outstanding service!

Hands the worst Pizza Ranch! Had to speak to management about an employees poor attitude. I was told they all have bad attitudes and nothing will happen. Sounds like owners needs to fire the management because who would work in that hostile environment. Go shakopee don’t waste your time at this location
