The young people working here are very nice and were very attentive to us as we waited more than an HOUR for our sandwiches. We were told 40 minutes, but it wasn’t even close. We think that take-out/delivery orders were prioritized over ours, and it should be the opposite.

We were passing through town and decided to give this place a shot. The food was decent… however the dinning room was closed. So we had to eat outside in the cold as it had just rained. I would like to think that the closer was due to covid. But no staff were wearing mask. Makes you think that they just shut down the dinning area so they could leave early.

I have had two experiences with this restaurant. My first I ordered a cup of soup and half a sandwich. When I got home I realized that my sandwich was LITERALLY two bites, and my soup cup was not filled up past the halfway mark. I reached out to the store via email and I was given points to make up for it. The amount of points I was given amounted to a free drink…I was upset by this, as it didn’t even come close to fixing the situation. On 10/23/22 I went back in and ordered the same thing again hoping for a better experience. This time the sandwich was substantially larger, but instead of ordering a cup of soup I paid extra for a bowl of soup. When I got home to open my soup it was half full… but the bowl they use has a centimeter ledge on the bottom of the bowl so it was probably 1/4 full. When I put my spoon into the soup the scooping part of the spoon was not even half covered. This company is trying to cheat you out of your money. DO NOT GO HERE!
