3/5 – I ordered butter chicken and the flavor was not there. It had a mild kick which helped but it was bland. The prices need to be adjusted as my meal was $16 without tax. I wouldn’t include this restaurant in my rolodex if I lived in the area.

Really nice spot! The food was delicious and flavorful. The meat was super tender and they even had some vegan options. Definitely one of the best places at the food hall, will be coming back!

This might be the only Indian restaurant in Johnston County.

The food was very nice and seasoned well. I had the lamb curry and enjoyed it a lot. It wasn’t too expensive and the service was very quick. A perfect places to stop along i95 that wasn’t a McDonald’s or similar. Would eat here again.

I got the buttered chicken with the garlic naan. I wish it had more flavor and spice. It was kind of bland, it was still good. The service was great and the whole experience was really welcoming too.

This place is in a food hall! At first, we were not sure if we wanted to eat here because of the reviews, but decided to give it a try. No idea why the 1 star reviews because I absolutely loved their lamb meat ball kathi bowl and butter chicken bowl! Great food!! Will stop by again on our next road trip!

I’ll start by saying that I love Indian food. LOVE it. On the Old North State Food Hall website, it describes Curry in a Hurry as “authentic Indian with an American twist” – I guess I just don’t like American twists. I ordered the paneer kati bowl and got a $15 bowl of basmati rice with seasoned paneer, a few sauteed peppers here and there, and a drizzled on sauce that reminded me of yum-yum sauce. Definitely not the flavors I was expecting. I paid $3.50 for a piece of garlic naan that was pretty bland in the garlic department. I was SO excited to have Indian food in JoCo, but I think I’ll be headed back into Raleigh next time I get a craving.

Not real taste of Indian food . I ordered butter chicken it’s just chicken with spices They don’t know how to make butter chicken. Not Indian people live near to this place so that’s why they were serving like that cause people don’t know what’s the actual taste of Indian food and naan also they are serving frozen naan not a. Fresh naan and they charge me total $28 for all that and they don’t have Indian chef’s for Indian food
