It took so long to get the sandwiches and then we took them home. We had to go back twice for them to get 2/3 sandwiches right. They still messed up the third one and we did not go back to get that one remade as we ran out of time. I am VERY disappointed. The manager didn’t offer us anything except a refund, to remake the sandwich, or a credit so we would have to go back there again. I do not EVER want to go back there again, that was the worst experience I’ve ever had with the company. That location also has the worst customer service ever. If you want your food made correctly in a timely manner do NOT come here.

Wonderful sandwiches… my wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed our sandwiches. The dri k mixing machine thing was awesome too as you have tons of options. Staff was friendly and courteous as well. We will definitely be back.

On vacation in the area last week, ate here twice because the food and service was exceptional! The owner is fabulous and was very patient and helpful when my son picked several items to build a sandwich. The restaurant is clean and all the employees are nice and efficient. I’ve tried this location a few times, and I have to say It’s been mediocre every time. I don’t understand why I keep coming back. This time, however, the girl at the register spoke very little English. She was still nice. It was just hard to understand her. Now, I HATE HATE pickles. Every single time I come to any firehouse, I always ask for without. I ordered twice, and each time, there were pickles just thrown in haphazardly. I don’t know if you’ve stopped wrapping the pickles everywhere or at just this location, but it makes the bread soggy, and it’s gross. This location needs a serious remodel. Of employees and location alike.

It was the worst sandwich ever. The cashier really screwed up our order. I order 2 sandwiches and got 3. I asked for a refund she did it but it never showed up on my bank statement. I got the refund slip. The cashier was in her on little world. We will not be back!!!!

The food that was made was good they forgot to give us our pickles. It was a bunch of young kids working inside. They were more worried about getting off work before 915 then they were about the customers by the end of the night. When I walked in at 8:10. The ladies seemed like they were very anxious to close the store they even had the lobby with all the chairs on the table so you got the feeling that you were not welcomed to sit down. So we ordered our food to go. The floor still needed to be slept and mopped but they seem to be more in a hurry to get their nightly chores done to go home for the evening. The establishments closing time is 9.

Workers were decent they at least greeted us tables were dirty after a few minutes of being here we realized why… all four employees were just sitting at a table on their “lunch break”?? Food has lost its quality not sure if it’s because of the time of day we came but definitely just coming here for lunch time only we’ve always had a good experience then.
