Ordered a chicken tender kids meals and received incredibly wet greasy bottom of the bucket long guys…. a pool of grease below and taking multiple napkins to pad off grease, the skin also is falling off. Terrible quality control.

Our real first time sitting in the dining room experience cause ever since this place got built, people were acting like the burger was a brand new invent. Took forever to convey our order to the kid. I guess they don’t really train then besides throw them right into the lions den. But this was actually a first for us cause the kid came to our table to personally apologize to us for the incorrect order. Very good tasting burger.

$42.00 order. Curbside pick-up. They forgot the fries and chicken tenders. When calling to notify them, we received voicemail. We drove back to pick up the rest of our order. Food we did receive getting cold, and ice cream melting. They offered us a free custard for the inconvienence. Really? How about remaking our order. Disappointing to say the least.

I swear, if King Charles woke up tomorrow and said, “Hmm, I feel like Butter Pecan,” this is what they’d bring him. Whole toasted pecans, rich butter pecan flavors, and that decadently divine Culvers custard. I topped mine with salted caramel. It’s everything Butter Pecan ought to be!

While food quality is important, I also believe that customer service is at the top of the chart for ranking a visit to a restaurant. I visited this Culver’s with my wife and two sons for dinner. My sons ordered chicken tender baskets while the wife and I both ordered the 3 piece cod dinners. Our total bill was over $60. We sat at a table and waited for our food to be brought to our table. Andrew brought our food on two trays and placed them on the table and politely asked if there was anything else he could get for us. My wife and I received one tartar sauce packet each so we each requested a second packet. Andrew told us that we were only allowed two packets each to which I replied that we would like to exercise our two packets each allowance. He grumbled and off he went. When he returned, as he placed the two additional packets of tartar sauce on the table, he stated “I was incorrect. You are only allowed one packet per fish dinner. Anyway, I paid for these two extra packets out of my pocket so you could have them.”

Update – 8/4/22: We went back to the Culver’s on Douglas. Once again…. 5 stars. Incredible service. Friendly and fast. The food was delicious…. just like every time we go. I had a Butter Burger with cheese, mustard, and pickles. They made it perfect. The fries were great. My wife had the Chicken Tenders. She said they were delicious. Again, I would highly recommend the Culver’s on Douglas!

Best Culver’s in the Racine area. I’ve been getting the North Atlantic Cod sandwich for several years and this one was truly the best I’ve ever had. The sandwich and root beer are amazing. I’ve always enjoyed Culver’s but today’s meal and experience were as good as I’ve ever had.

The food tastes great. My orders have always been accurate here. Staff members are friendly and prices are comparable to others in the area. Try the onion rings. Make sure to ask about family size on the sides. Not all the Culvers offer them, all the time as sometimes quantity is limited. (Based on visits to many locations. )
