This is THE good Taco Bell in town. They are very consistent. No missing items, food is always good and fresher than other locations, and the KFC cakes are pretty good. As with every Taco Bell, the staff changes out pretty often, so I wouldn’t want to comment of them and then be wrong in a month, but I’ve had no issues as of writing this. The restaurant layout is nice. Big dining room, with a small nook where I feel less watched. I am very amused by the decor. %90 KFC decor. To me, it kinda feels like they wanna remind us that this is a KFC. I can’t imagine it’s as popular as the Taco Bell menu. I’m probably biased though.

Pulled up to the drive thru, behind the car that was ordering at the menu, so I didn’t expect to wait long. Sat there for 10 minutes before ordering. Then I waited, feeling as though I had been taken hostage for an additional 25 MINUTES between ordering and receiving my food.

This is by far the best Taco Bell in town! All of them have friendly staff. My food was served hot and it was fresh. Dining area clean as was the restroom! Staff communicated that my order was next and the drive thru was very busy!

This is the level of quality you can expect from here. This is the Chipotle Chicken Taco which typically comes with 1 piece of chicken as the protein. I got the end of a piece of chicken for my meal due to absolute laziness by the employees. It’s not even half of a finger worth of a chicken strip.

The little girl in the drive through with 50 inch nails has scratched me and my mother multiple times and she is very snotty. No customer service at all and doesn’t care for the look she presents. Every single time me or family has gone through she’s nothing but rude and full of attitude.

Honestly, with the quality of the food, if said customer asks for a supreme, they expect a supreme, not a regular one. I mean this is the second time at this store, it’s just a nuisance. Oh, but god forbid they forget my jalapeño cream sauce, that was there at least. I appreciate it. It makes up for what you missed almost. Also, I see a lot of people standing and just twisting thumbs to find work. We expect good service, if not have the right to vent when we’re unhappy. Don’t like the criticism, that job isn’t for you.
