Everything about The Paper Mill is top notch phenomenal! We were greeted immediately with “Hello friends, welcome in”! That’s the kind of greeting I’ve only seen and heard in the movies, it set the tone for the perfect dining out experience!

Overall, they get a five for this experience. This is the kind of place that I like to find when I’m on vacation but in this case we’re local. Their menu offers a great variety of dishes. The space is really cute and there is plenty of seating. It’s nice to hear the clanking of dishes and forks at breakfast time. We were seated promptly and had wonderful service.

Food: Amazing. I got the breakfast hash and a side of the smoked gouda grits. They were so good. I hate grits, and I loved the smokes gouda grits. That’s how good they were. The breakfast hash was really good also, the potatoes could have used a bit more seasoning but nothing a little salt and pepper at the table couldn’t handle.

We’ve been meaning to try this place out since it opened and finally did so. It was delicious! Our server was awesome (Hailee), the food was delicious, and overall the atmosphere was great. Glad we stopped in and we will most certainly be back!
