Very bad service I came here about a month ago I waited 10-20 minutes for my pickup order. I then asked a manager if I were aloud to get a free orange juice for waiting so long she said i would have to pay for it but i explained my issue was i ve been waiting for more then 20 mintues she then got mad and walked off l. I then asked a black waitress who was nice as well as a mexican young girl who then said they would bring me a orange juice. I thank her and the other girl for understanding my situation besides the rude white lady. Don’t go here bad business and service

Wow, We stopped at more than 4 gas stations to pee, then we went to two more places and they were all closed. When we finally got to this place, not only was I able to use the bathroom, they also gave us some water, I’m so grateful, they were the most kind people at 3 am.

It’s a newly built IHOP, decor is nice. Needs more help in the customer service area as well as in the kitchen. It’s always some type of fly or bug flying in the restaurant. Booths need to be wiped down after every customer leaves. Especially kids! Restrooms definitely need to be checked every other hour. It’s not too bad just needs some professional cleaning and development

It’s a shame to have a nice NEW facility with very poor customer service. We simply walked in, there were no server and to men’s in the back (cooks a guess) using profanity complaining about another co worker they seen me standing there, they didn’t call for help nor say someone will be with you. I simply left bad vibes! I don’t need them slanger our food around with an attitude!

The service was not good . Our server barely acknowledged us and only really took our order. We asked for some sauces and were not taken out to us. We had to go and find another employee to help us out. After we asked for a Togo box, there was a lot of dust and food on it. We had to go find another employee again to get us a clean Togo box because our service kept disappearing for a long span of time. Our server name was jade. I do not recommend this IHOP!

When i went to pick up my order they couldnt find it. They gave it to the wrong person. They took like 20min. to do my order bcuz they couldnt find my ticket order to re do it, when they could of just asked what my order was. Then I get home and notice my food is cold (iive 5 blocks from ihop, it shouldnt be cold, specially with this heat) and one of my meals is missing the pancakes. So I had to call them and go back and get them. This my first and last time going to this location. What should of been a 5-10 food pick up bcuz i live 5 blocks from it turned into a 50min trip
