Good place to eat in the Santa Maria Mall for dinner or before going to the theater. Prices are on the higher than expected side, but not outrageous. TVs are everywhere, easy to catch the game. I love their mozzarella sticks.

Waitress was friendly however we were waiting on one more person so we ordered drinks. Drink’s got there in a timely manner, then for the past hour our waitress was nowhere to be found. We asked a different woman who was responsible to seat others in our area for our waitress and even then she never showed. A full hour without food and still paid full price for drinks when trying to close out. Hopefully the next time around the experience will be better.

Overall, it was a good experience. Burgers were excellent, but “endless fries” fell short. When the initial batch arrived, there wasn’t more than a child’s handful. Each subsequent batch was the same size, disappointing… everything else was good to go . Will still frequent.

Jeff is the best waiter. He’s the tall slender fella going back and forth always on top of everything. He gives amazing customer service. He’s quick on his feet and attentive to customer’s needs. Once he took over 90% of the orders, went to the bar and made some drinks then swept the whole front floor, cleaned some tables then went back to take orders. He even knelt down to take an old ladie’s order. That was awesome to see. He should manage the place. At least he would be helping out his team not just standing around in the back. I saw more of Jeff than anybody on this visit. I would give this restaurant a 5 if we had more people like Jeff. The value and rewards program is good. It can get really busy in the evenings. Its located inside the mall and next to the cinema.

Did not have the option to select or input comments for how I would like my burger cooked when ordering online. Did not know my order came with fries so paid more to order a side of crispy garlic fries. Firstly, the garlic fries were saturated in grease with no crisp to them whatsoever. Two fries were saturated in garlic pieces with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. They were not edible whatsoever. The fries that came with my order were incredibly bland, simply potatoes cooked with no seasoning or salt whatsoever. Nor did they come with these on the side. For a burger joint, I don’t understand how the fries could be this bad. Order did not come with toppings on the side as requested. Pickle topping included 1.5 rounded hamburger pickles, subpar of my expectation. Will not ever return to this chain.

I’ve been loyalty member for years. Went tonight for dinner, and had a poor experience. Was sat quickly, and got a drink served, then no server came to take the order. Waited 15 minutes, and left. Really disappointed, used to be a great place, now the service is substandard. Additionally, they changed (reduced) the menu, and many of the favorites are gone. I can’t recommend Red Robin anymore, and it use to be a favorite. Look elsewhere for better service.

First of all we waited 25 minutes to get water and then our hostess had to tell our waitress that we were there. Then they had this server who was very rude, very short with us and didn’t care at all about us, but she carried a very good conversation with the people next to us. I hesitate to leave a tip but I know that restaurants workers only sometimes live of off tips, and our waitress did fargo my drink, for us having to wait so long.
