I really like the order online and pick up (on the way home) feature. I ordered 2 pizzas, wings & the sinful lava cakes with a pretty good coupon they offered. They were all hot n’ ready when I got there. My only gripe is I am pretty sure I didn’t get the correct pizza. I grabbed a slice from one (let’s say it was at a red light for public consumption) and bit into it, it was SO GOOD…but just not the right one. I’m not sure what the return policy on a bitten pizza is, but I just kept going (cuz I was tired and it was really good)…unfortunately now I won’t know what to ask for if I want to order the mistake pizza!!

I called and placed an order for a delivery at this local Dominoes and after waiting an hour or so, I received a call from the delivery driver stating that they don’t have my address on file but they have my pizza and that my order was sent to a different store outside of Columbus ( where I reside ) and that they were 2 hours away from me. And after calling the store 2-3 times I got No answer, NO refund and NO pizza like… you can’t be serious !!! I am highly disappointed… I would NEVER recommend this location EVER !! I want my money BACK !!!

I ordered online and it said it was ready on their app I arrived at the store and the delivery driver had taken my pizza for delivery.I had to wait longer,wasn’t offered a discount or any dessert.I never had any issues previously, as a frequent customer this disappointed me.

Ordered thru their overseas call service and not only was the order later then they said it would be but completely incorrect. Tried calling and their call service could only connect me to the store and the store had already closed so nobody would answer. Now I’m stuck with $30 worth of food that I cannot eat

If I could give zero stars I would. I can see by the reviews I am not the only one to give a poor review. Walked into the store, no one acknowledged me and I know for a fact people saw me because two guys were working in the front. I had to say “How’s everyone doing!?” loudly before anyone would even day a word. Then after I paid for my food, the guy told me it was paid for and I had to reach my hand out for the pizza before he would be respectful and hand it to me. Then one of the guys coughed in his hand. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I thought this was convenient because it’s in the neighborhood, however, I’d rather drive out of my way than to give my money to this establishment. I won’t give any names because I’m not trying to get anyone fired. Just a suggestion, if you don’t like your job find another one.

So I used to order here all the time and my order was continuously incorrect. They tell me come back and try we’re under new management. Same issues over 2yrs later. Had someone pick up my order and some of my items were missing. The offer was to come back, or get a credit for missing item. So my pizza can be cold by the time we drive back to get the missing items?? Gas is $5/gal why not send a driver out to fix your mistake. I’m beginning to believe it’s not a management problem, it’s a Domino’s problem.
