I am done with McDonald’s. Time and time I try to say it will be different this time. Well this time was the end. I have never seen any fries I have gotten in the past look like they have been dropped in the ground and re scooped into the holder. There is what seems to be dirt all over them with like little hairs. never again. Especially when you’re playing $14/$15.

Great morning staff. Friendly, professional and quick. I go to some other locations and when they hand me my food I say thank you and either they don’t respond or say yup. The correct response is you’re welcome or they actually should be saying thank you to the customer when they hand you the food. I find the morning employees at the Scitico location always friendly and polite. Great job management!!

We placed an order on the app for pick up this evening. When we got to the restaurant it was empty, so not a busy time. Our order wasn’t ready – in fact they told my husband they didn’t have it, and had the nerve to be rude and condescending. After confirming that they did indeed receive the order they didn’t even put the food up on the counter when it was ready. It was left sitting behind the counter while they resumed sitting and talking. He had to ask if it was his order and then reach over the counter to get it himself. This is all happening while there are zero customers inside and 4 employees. I never write negative reviews, but the condescending tone and utter lack of customer service pushed me over the edge. Hopefully this review helps with training in the future.
