The owner Tammy is an amazing person. My wife and I showed up Saturday at 3pm,not knowing they closed at that time. Looking on our phone trying to decide what else we can get and take home. Tammy comes out to my truck and insists we come in and get grab and go meals. Being our first time she still took the time to explain everything to us. Not rushing us at all. Can’t wait to go back and try the wraps.

The couple that own it where super nice. The food had flavor and was cooked great. My child had the salmon burger and I had the meatz bowl. I did not take food pictures today as it was carry out and I was starving. The store is clean and has a great selection of food for warm up at home and fresh cooked meals as well.

Could not recommend this place highly enough, the employees are friendly, the location is nice, and the food is awesome! They also have options for meal planning and a score of other health food items such as protein powder and supplies as well as options for meal planning.

Just went here for the first time and was amazed! They have healthy dine in options, meal prep, and takeout! From what I saw all the ingredients were clean and were very macro based. They also have supplements and other extras. Cool place!

Meh. Not bad but not what I was hoping for. Nice people and the meals are ok but do not include detailed nutritional information (e.g., sodium, sugar). I ordered a berry smoothie. Definitely will not do that again. Nothing but protein powder and pumps of berry flavor which I imagine is loaded with sugar. I was hoping for real blueberries. Oh well. Nice idea but not the type of food I prefer.
