This place cannot get their orders right EVER, decided to give them a second chance after messing the first one up a while ago. Oh my god, it’s like all they hire is people who didn’t pass kindergarten. I don’t know if it’s the pizza makers or driver or BOTH but Jesus Christ, what a nice reminder to not order from here.

The Cashier lady did not handle her pick up orders correctly, she can not multitask and handle her customers accordingly at all. Worst place to order your food especially if you already put an online order AND pay for your food in advance. She was basically dealing with customers who was placing their orders instead of asking other customers if they place a carry out order and paid in full. Just stand there the whole time and was waiting. Also wings looked soggy. Just the worst.

The point system is a joke the manager said they can’t do anything about it! So we are out 300 points and got nothing for it! Absolutely aweful customer service the manger Davis has absolutely no care for her customers and is extremely rude and unprofessional! Will order elsewhere from now on! I agree with the post directly below mine every order has been wrong as well. Nothing changes means they don’t care. Will update this review if they happen to contact me about it but highly doubt it.

When I order a pizza I want sauce on my pizza, otherwise I would order cheese sticks with toppings. Idk if there’s someone new or if they just think pizza has no sauce, but it was so dry and hard to eat without constantly drinking water. Ladle it is the middle use the bottom of the ladle to spread evenly do not bunch it up at the crust, it takes less than 10 seconds to do it properly. If I pay 30 bucks for a pizza I’d like it done right.

Needs improvement. Ordered big box with two pizzas wings and breadsticks. App said it would be ready in 14 min. Showed up in fifteen minutes everything was ready except the breadsticks. Breadsticks came out and we’re left on the counter while pizzas were open on counter while employee was helping guests. Needless to say food wasn’t very hot.

This pizza hut is very good! The order was delivered on time and was hot and fresh. I had the boneless garlic parmesan wings too, but didn’t get a pic cuz they were gone too fast, lol! Very happy customer!! Will definitely be using them again!

You should change name to Crust hut because what I received was not pizza. This was like 85% crust and a minute amount of flavorless pizza toppings. The pizza was was far more receded than my middle age fathers hairline. DO BETTER.

All pizza huts aren’t the same, but this is a GOOD one. We just moved to the area and I was skeptical because I stopped going to the one that was close to my previous residence. But this one was all around GOOD!!! The crust was perfect, pizza was hot, the toppings were balanced. Clean, nice employees, and delicious Pizza!! We will be back…. probably again today.

Husband and I order pizza from here nearly ever Friday night for pick-up. Pizza is always done correctly with lots of toppings. This place does not skimp out on toppings, so if you like a lot of goodies this is the place to get your pizza at. Friendly staff also.

Went here waited about 30 minutes for my pizza to be ready and when i received it it looked like they had dropped it and i went back in and told them about it and they said that what was wrong with it went it was very apparent that they had dropped it and they were still skeptical about replacing it!
