This was the first time buying ar the Lisle location. I ordered within the first hour of opening. I ordered spicy chicken, 3 pieces meal, and 6 pieces of ghost pepper wings. Everything was cold, biscuits was partially hard like a cookie. Absolutely this food had to be reheated from the day before. Extremely disgusting. Never will buy from this location again. Disappointing.

Please be aware of this rude woman that works here. I literally pulled to drive thru because they have a sign on the door they are only taking drive thru orders by the way. I tell her I want 3 wings spicy and a side of red beans and rice. She says my total is three dollars and some change so I asked her did get my complete order, she didn’t, so I repeat the order again. When I’m finished she says ok, I proceed to drive to the drive thru window and I hear her say to her co-worker, that’s all you had to say. When I pulled up to the window, I ask her, do you know that I can hear what you’re saying, she rudely then tells me how she couldn’t hear me and said anyway are you going to pay for this food or what. I asked for her manager she then closed the door to the drive up window and never returned. There were other customers waiting in line behind as well. Some cars even drove away. She refused to come back to the window and proceeded to do what you see in the video and pictures that I have attached to this review. I have already contacted corporate and I expect for someone to follow up in regards to this very rude visit. I would avoid this location as she has no customer service skills, very unprofessional and shouldn’t be working with the public at all. I never raised my voice once to this woman so her behavior was unwarranted.

What you would expect from a fast food chain. We ordered two, two piece meals for under $20. One spicy one mild. Service was fast but underwhelming and the food was above average for fast food chicken. Small side portions.

There are not enough workers at this location these days, but the food is still great while you wait longer to get it. The Staff that’s there works really hard to handle all the customers who show up. Worth the wait !!

We ways get tenders with mashed potatoes and mac n cheese, and we’ve had consistently good results with the food here. However, there have been a decent amount of times where some sauces or utensils or something else small was forgotten, which is whatever. Most importantly, service tends to be very slow, as they seem to probably be criminally understaffed.

It is the second time that they give me their old and stinky chicken the first time I said ok maybe it’s me but the second time naa, I took the old pieces to the manager and he accepted that maybe it was lagging chicken I suggested that as manager he has to put more Attention, I used to like buying from this store but not anymore… Popeyes is not the same anymore…
