Today my son and I had brunch at this location. It was delicious and our server Nathan L was awesome! 10/10 service! And the food was really good too! At first I thought I would have a good experience the manager is very rude to her employees and staff and also the customers!!! the food was ok but very sloppy like they just threw in on a plate my waiter was nice but she didn’t check in on me not one time most waiters come and ask you like if you need more water or need anything and I seriously couldn’t find my waitress I was asking other people when I needed something they asked me where’s your waitress I said I’m not sure she disappeared lol overall I think I could’ve went some place better I over paid on a scale from 1 being worst and 10 being the best I’d Rate it a 5 not worth the price and I got basically no service ♀️ ♀️

I visit on Sundays at breakfast time with family. We had 8 altogether and didn’t wait longer than 20-30 minutes. The wait is worth it given attention to detail with the orders. Not to be outdone by tremendous service. I will continue eating at the 43rd ave & Peoria location.

Absolutely the worst. The iced tea tasted like the pot hasn’t been cleaned in a year and made the tea taste like mop water. I understand this is the night shift but there were only 2 other customers in the restaurant at 2am in the morning. The food was just thrown together lazily and French toast looked like burnt buttered toast. This was January 17th 2am in the morning. Whoever the cook is should be fired. My 9 year old could have made better French toast than the cook tonight. Unbelievable. Maybe a call to the health department is in order.

If you have been to one, then essentially you have been to them all. Mediocre food with turn and burn tables. This was our first time at this location a d it was very busy and stayed busy. We understood and remained patient. Servers Derek and Misty were hustling around the back. Other customers were rude to them but they kept their smile going. Genevieve was sweet and polite too. Manager Jorge tried to deescalte some upset customers. Our kidsaways get the same items. I tried the new brisket melt. It was ok nothing to keep on the menu. Servers were sent and brought out snacks for kids due to kitchen being slammed. Bathrooms have a code and when I told a manager one didn’t flush she seemed surprised.
