I’ve eaten pizza from here many times over the years. The pizza is fine, but not outstanding. I tried to call and order a specialty pizza tonight and gave up after 20 minutes of no one answering and/or a busy signal. It’s 2023 – how do you not have call waiting?! Vito’s pizza is superior and worth the higher price, plus they actually answer the phone when you call.

Only ate here a handful of times. Nothing bad to say really other than one trip the pizza was a little more greasy than I liked but a couple dabs with a napkin and it was much better and the pizza was good quality and wasn’t a long wait and at a reasonable price so being a little extra greasy not done on purpose I’m sure wasn’t a big deal and the napkin trick made it to be Nothing to be upset over. Would stop there for a pizza anytime and would be confident it would be a positive experience

I hate to bash a mom and pop place so I’m going to try my best to give an honest but nice review. The pizza wasn’t what I thought it would be. Seemed really thin and not a lot of toppings. (I just had cheese but with a name like The Big Cheese, I would expect A LOT of cheese!) Wasn’t a huge fan of the mozzarella sticks, they didn’t seem to be cooked all the way. The cheese wasn’t melted at all. Maybe it was just an off day and I picked the wrong time? I’m not sure. I may try again in the future and update this review but for now, this is it. Hope the next time is better tho. I don’t like wasting money on food.

Our first experience 7 years ago was awful, and we were very reluctant to try it again, but I am sooooo happy we did. Pizza, cheese breadsticks, and steak & cheese were awesome! Service was good, and online ordering was very convenient.

Customer service was amazing from time of call to pick up.. I spilled my drink while getting in the car with pizza. One of the employees saw me struggling with the clean up and rushed to help me. He brought me a cleaning rag as well as held my pizzas until I finished the clean up..

Decided to grab pizza while at the food lion picking up a few things. The pizzas were big, a lot of toppings, but apparently the wings are not as big. The pizza was surprisingly good! Done quickly with a nice crust! Didn’t try calling but if you’re going to drive all the way there to find them closed in these times that are tough for a small business you could always go next door and get a substitution!

Went there Wednesday night before Thanksgiving around 6:15 pm didn’t get our pizzas till 7:15, get home one pizza was completely the wrong one. Lack of staff caused them to ask customers to exit and wait outside and then they locked the door. Wast too happy to get back to our rental and find the one pizza was wrong.

Got pizza December 28th. One person working the holiday week between Christmas and New Years. The poor girl working was swamped. Took 30 minutes to get our pizza. I asked the girl was she there alone and if so was it scheduled that way. She didn’t answer I guess in protection of her job lol. But she was super pleasant and very apologetic. She deserves a raise if the manager is going to only schedule one person a night on a busy week, even if it is off season.
