Stopped here on a whim while visiting this area from Ohio. I had a burger and fries and my girlfriend had fish and chips and peanut butter pie for dessert. The food here was delicious and it was clear that everything was cooked fresh. Nothing frozen or from a bag . Good portion sizes and affordable pricing. Not sure when we may be back in this area, but will definitely return if the opportunity arises.

After going to 4 other places for lunch who were done with lunch or had long wait times, we finally made it here at probably around 3:30. There was no wait and we got seated very shortly after we came in. It is a nice, small restaurant. We didn’t have to wait too long for our food. The turkey club sandwich was very good. Fries were fresh and seasoned nicely. I don’t know her name, but our waitress was friendly and attentive.

We liked this place. Good food and service. I had the fish and chips. These days I prefer a more breaded crust but the traditional one was OK. My spouse had the chicken sandwich and said it was excellent. We both loved the fries.

My friends and I came here after hiking Mount Nittany and we loved it! A wonderful atmosphere with amazing Halloween decorations and great food and service. I had the shepherds pie, which was pretty good (more mashed potatoes!!), but the real treat was the pumpkin pie cake. A wonderful cream cheese frosting to pumpkins cake ratio, soft, moist, probably the best pumpkin dessert I’ve ever had. The service was a little slow, but they were clearly understaffed and we didn’t have to wait too long, so we didn’t mind at all. Absolutely would recommend this place!
