Went for quick tea in evening around 7 . Was served stale and over boiled tea probably prepared in morning . They have variety of sweets and snacks item. Can’t comment on that if tea is served so horrible. Service was good only as was attended pretty quick .

I stumbled upon this place by accident. The place was ‘decent’ on the outer looks, but it does need some deep cleaning. There are stains all over the tables, and need to be cleaned properly. The water dispenser was disgusting, and didn’t want to drink water.

This is roshogolla??? Really? I am from Bengal and I know exactly how roshogolla tastes like. It should be soft, spongy, fluffy, less sweet. And “roshogolla” from this shop is hard, rough. anyone can find hard chenna particals in mouth and it’s too much sweet. Please change the name of this sweet. Don’t sell this as ” roshogolla”.

We tasted their jalebi, jamun, and roshgulla. What we tasted and what was packed to take home was worlds apart. They pretty much unloaded old sweets on us. When we brought it home the disappointment set in. The jamun and roshgulla tasted like an old flaky sponge soaked in tasteless sugar syrup. It crumbled and fell apart for most parts. The jalebi was crispy and chewy like it was made the day before and just sitting there. Great bait and switch guys. Beware! What you taste is not what you get. Utterly disappointed. Never again.

I will preface this review by first off saying that I’m actually quite the regular customer. That being said, I still find myself making this review because I believe that now has to change. For the past year or so I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this food, and found it’s quality to be held to a much higher standard than the other chained locations. However, that is no more. I put off making this review because I felt it may of been some type of one off bad experience, but for the past week or so I’ve only seen this establishment plummet down. The food is poorly made and handled, varying from undercooked to burnt. Not only that, but day by day it seems to get even more filthy, making me feel uncomfortable when dining in. When I checked the reviews to see if others shared the same feelings, one thing caught my eye. I saw that there were three separate reviews posted on the same day, all with 3 stars. Even more peculiar is that two of which had no reviews prior. And as a regular, I recognized the young boys who posted them. Employees. I have no ill will towards them, but I find it wrong that instead of choosing to better the establishment, the owner forces his employees into giving untruthful reviews as to maintain a higher image. I heard that the previous manager recently took a step away from this store, but I never thought that it could have such a rapid decline in such a short amount of time. As far as I’m aware, this is no longer the place I’ve once actively enjoyed, just a shadow of its former self. I would give this zero stars if I could, and I’m sorry to any others who expect more from this place.

We ordered masala chai.. never ever in my life time I had to drink this nasty tea. Nothing taste like masala chai .We all sipped once and that was it had to pour it out. I don’t know if it’s just one day or they make the same every day.

I’m coming for samosa last 2 years but this time and 2 weeks back Aloo samosa are different taste and bad. Last time when I brought, I thought that was bad for one time and tried one more time. The taste of samosa changed a lot which I didn’t like. I don’t suggest this place for samosa.
