Placed an order at noon for 5 pm delivery which was accepted. Order was canceled after 5. No message. I had to call them to find out what happened. They didn’t have a driver. I do sympathize with staffing issues, but surely you knew you wouldn’t be able to deliver by 5 before 5.

Yes its a chain. But western North Carolina is very limited in our region for good pizza. Marcos is always consistent. We have a chain pizzeria literally 3 minutes from my house that takes over 2 hours to deliver. I’ll drive 20 minutes to Marcos before I ever order anyone else for delivery.

I ordered a cauliflower pizza for takeout and when I picked it up they had made a regular pizza for me. Apparently something in their system is not letting them know that what the need to make is a cauliflower crust, I was shown the receipt and that seemed to be the case. Nonetheless, they didn’t hesitate to rectify things and make me the pizza I ordered.

The last 4 times I’ve ordered they forgotten items off of my order and when I call the manager it’s oddly rude and says to take it up with Uber eats. This last time I actually got him to stick around on the phone to give me the extra I don’t care treatment. If ownership is looking at this it’s whoever the manager was on 2/3/23. He has terrible customer service skills. I wasn’t even trying to get the items I was missing back and he was aware of that. I literally asked him to please mention to staff to please make sure to pay attention to the orders. I spend close to 100$ every time I order and it’s crazy that I get this 4 times in a row

Ordered through Doordash and spent over $50 on two small pizzas and buffalo wings. Wings were absolutely disgusting; my girlfriend ran to the bathroom and threw up after taking a bite of one and I nearly gagged on the undercooked mess. Ingredients on “pizza” were raw and lazily dumped on the pie, the cheese of which was rubbery and nausea-inducing. It’s pretty obvious that all these 5 star reviews are fake, because anyone who glances at this “food” and doesn’t immediately retch must not be human as far as I’m concerned. This restaurant should be ashamed of its deception, and its utterly revolting food. Please go out of business immediately
