I’ve used online ordering to try to avoid the wait, but so far I’m 0/2 in readiness even including at least a ten minute grace period. Despite that, the food has always been tasty and presentable. The interior and exterior are clean as well. The staff I haven’t interacted with much, but based on the overheard conversations it seems they get along with one another.

Only three workers in at the time, but it was the greatest service. Very friendly and hardworking. There were quite a few people in the restaurant ordering and all got food within 5-10 minutes, and that is with just three workers. The cook was on it. We needed a couple of things after receiving our food and he was on it and still able to quickly prepare the food. 5 star service.

Can’t rate a zero but if I could i would. Absolutely the worst kfc/taco bell I’ve ever visited. Asked for a refund on my order before I received my food. Witnessed two elderly ladies be told after the had their drinks that kfc was out of thighs and breasts, obviously they requested a refund, then a guy walks thru the door from ordering drive thru and said he had 6 tacos that smelled like chemicals, at this point I had seen enough and requested and received a refund. Poorly managed and the employees acted as if they really didnt give a flip. I will never return

The worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Went for a quick dinner and was told they were short staffed, which I completely get and understand. AFTER we ordered we were told that they did not have a cook and it would be a wait. We waited 45 minutes for food they said they had available. How do you not have a cook at a RESTAURANT? Customer service was also not very good, seemed that everyone was too focused on “oh I only do this and this” and not working together as a team. Other orders were going out to people before ours even though they were similar items and we ordered first. As a previous food service manager I can’t fathom how management lets their establishment run like this.

Terrible service. After 15 minutes of waiting for nuggets, I pulled off without my food. The entire staff was just standing around talking, while me and four vehicles waiting. One other car had already left. Never going back to that location, it’s always a bad experience.

Enjoyed our quick stop to eat lunch here. I love KFC anywhere in the world. Ordered the 3pcs chicken (crispy) includes drinks and mashed potato (Sooo good $8.29) and husband ordered Tenders Combo ($6.49) ended with ($15.98) bill. I like the interior and bench chairs are really good. Would recommend for a visit.
