Shabu Shima is so amazing! I’ve been here twice and both times by far the best of any other hotpot restaurant. For an appetizer I got the Karaage chicken which was super tasty with a perfect crunch, and Edamame. During my first visit I chose the Seafood mix with the seafood broth, which was my favorite and the vegetables are so fresh! Second time I got the Lamb course with hot&spicy, and curry broth. The lamb was some of the best I’ve ever had, I can tell they use high quality meat. They also offer a variety of sides, some that I got were ramen, fish cake (highly recommend), and fish balls. The waitstaff was super nice and attentive the entire time. When I asked for recommendations they were happy to help. I highly recommend!

My partner and I tried Shabu Shima during their soft opening for dinner service and we arrived quite late- around 8:30pm. While there were some kinks that could be worked out it was overall a pleasant experience. The broth was flavorful and the ramen noodles were extremely fresh- like made in house fresh! Very big portions of noodles as well! The prices were fantastic for the amount of food we got even an appetizer. The wait staff was friendly, thought not as attentive as I would have liked, hence my 3 stars for service. We will definitely be coming back again!

I saw that this new hotpot place opened and I had to try it! Once I got my food the first thing I noticed was the quality of the noodles. Seems like they make the noodles in house and I can completely taste the difference. Super fresh noodles with so much flavor, truly my favorite part. They give you a generous amount of meat that left me feeling full. Meat seems thicker than most places too so you don’t feel like you have to spread out your meat eating throughout your stay. Any add-on sides to your course are cheaply priced and well worth it. The broth is flavorful, however the spicy options are not very spicy at all. You can get a side of sriracha if you would like. The lettuce is cut fairly large. Personal preference for me is smaller cut pieces, but that is me being knit picky. This was a great experience and I would totally recommend friends and family to come check it out.
