Last time at Panda Express; ordered the broccoli and beef and got broccoli…. Ordered teriyaki chicken and got chicken without teriyaki sauce… was told that teriyaki sauce had to be ordered separately and that most customers order teriyaki chicken without teriyaki sauce….all the manager wanted to do was argue, what a joke. If you want good Chinese go to RICE HOUSE EXPRESS!!!

Went through the drive thru ordered being beef bowl and sweet heat chicken bowl got home and they gave me broccoli and beef instead. I had to drive all the way back and get my correct order while my wife was at the house eating her meal that was actually made right. I need something to make for the time I missed eating with my wife and gas.

This was my third attempt at this Panda Express and it was just as awful as the first two. I ordered ahead so my food would be ready when I arrived to the store. Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes before I was even able to tell them I was there to pick up an online order, when I get to the window the lady tells me I have to pull around. I go around to the front and sit for another 15 minutes before I go inside to figure out what’s going on. The lady fixing the plates comes up and asks me what I need and I tell her I’ve now been waiting 20 minutes for my food with no explanation and she tells me that I’m exaggerating and they’re almost done fixing it. She goes over and begins making my plate (that she said was almost ready) and waits to put one scoop of broccoli in the box, which is apparently what I waited 20 minutes for. She threw my food in a bag and tossed it across the counter and walked away, refusing to look at me or tell me to have a good day or anything.

This Panda has been getting better in recent weeks, compared to where they were when they first opened. I have had a couple times where I had to wait for a few minutes for what I wanted to finish cooking. Not that I am complaining I prefer it fresh over the barely warm last in the pan teriyaki chicken that I did get today. In all my visits it would seem the orange chicken is most consistently fresh and hot.
