My partner and I ordered a menudo and horchata both. The menudo had so much rich flavor when everything was added together with fresh flour tortillas on the side. So far the best menudo I ever had in Arizona. The waitress was so welcoming and kind hearted, she even let two people come in after they closed and did not rush them and told them to take their time. Such a great way to present yourself to new comers. I will be returning as a new local customer, thank you for great hospitality and service!

Definitely one of Phoenix’s better breakfast joint. Been here twice, while visiting Phoenix on business, and both times, the food has been comforting and delicious. They make really good salsas, and the flour tortillas are simply amazing. I’ve had the huevos rancheros and the huevos con Chorizo, both had that home cooking “like mama used to make” taste and vibe.

This is a diamond in the rough! The service was top notch and the food was like our Nana cooked it herself! Not many restaurants would have tables ready for 22 cheerleaders before we even got inside the restaurant! They also got a cake for our birthday girl! Our team will be back!

I’ve been on a search for delicious authentic mexican breakfast and this place was a home run! My only complaint would be the inconsistent quality between trips. We’ve been there a few times now and the food is always delicious but sometimes it’s just good and other times the food is great. Also, never order their eggs sunny side up, they’re nowhere near cooked enough.

Tried this place out on my way to work, Tuesday at 11:30a and 2 people eating. I waited about 10 mins before someone even greeted me and took my to go order. Ordered a Carne asada burrito and I was disappointed. More filler than meat. Tortilla was really good and the place looked clean, only reason for the 3 stars.
