Absolutely abysmal location. I placed an order online, chose ‘pick-up’ and when I arrived, I was informed that they had ‘given it away’. I provided the order number, name, phone number, and card, yet I was treated with rudeness and a lack of care, and had to go home empty handed, with me and my family going hungry. I had to complain to Corporate. I advise anyone who needs to use this location to NEVER order online. Actually, I would recommend not going to this location at all. I was discriminated against because of my race(Asian), there are visible rats, the staff is incompetent and slow(it can take 30+ minutes for the most basic chicken order). Overall, a disgrace to the name of KFC, and one place I shall never visit again.

I went there yesterday with some guests from Canada. I was extremely disappointed and KFC made me embarrassed infront of the guests. The service was next to the worst, I do not have the words to describe how bad was the staff’s behavior. They made us feel like we are begging them for food for free and by giving us, they were doing some favor. None of us could understand what she was saying, we also could not understand why they were so rude. I advise any travelers not to go to this place. They do not know how to great and treat a human. Also, if you are planning to dine in, please take your own seats, plates, knives, spoons and napkins

I went to the KFC service in the atmosphere is really great however when I got my chicken my chicken was very dry and it was not really fresh and my biscuits was just horrible I don’t drive so I didn’t have the opportunity to bring the food back or to give it back to the hopefully with me voicing my opinion that they’ll do much better with their service thank you for giving me this opportunity to share my opinion Miss Kim love peace and blessings

The food is good the service is good but I don’t see a lot of people eating in there the place is always empty it’s not too inviting I think they need a little remodel of the dining area and revamp the parking lot secure the garbage area. Maybe a little Landscaping would be nice

The Happiest Days
This string that was used to wrap the frozen chicken was fried together. I don’t know what chemicals might have come out from it to fry the chickens.. They exchanged the one with their one piece of chicken. They also forgot to put a chocolate chip cookie inside, which I did not notice until I got home. Need to work on the food hygiene!

Love this location! It is usually always booming and moving along through out the day. The staff are usually friendly, greet you and assist with your order. Dining is not available at the moment so it will be take out or pick up deliveries. The food is good and you’ll most likely never have to wait long for your order.
