Had it from the trailer at Skookum Brewery on Sunday at 2PM. Always a new special pizza available and today’s was a bacon, jalapeno, tomato, onion and grilled chicken thin crust with a drizzle of ranch. I put some of their hot sauces on each slice to test them out, no complaints there but I did skip the ghost pepper one. Crispy outside but chewy middle just how I like it.

Some of the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. I’ve honestly had better frozen pizza. Little to no sauce, skimpy on the toppings and soggy crust which is strange for being “wood fired”.

We got the Margarito pizza with the cheesy bread. By far the best marinara sauce I’ve ever had. It’s made fresh and you can tell. If they gave us a spoon, I could eat that on its own. The ladies working the truck were phenomenal. Thanks for the great food.

Anytime (almost) they are in town it Pizza Time. We get a pizza and cheesy breadsticks and it is plenty for two. If there is a special pizza when you visit – consider it. They’ve gotten me to try a couple things I wouldn’t normally try and I was impressed.

Extremely rude staff. Stopped by this food truck while at the Arlington Street Fair today. The woman at the window handing out pizzas was extremely rude and openly insulted multiple customers, including me. I heard her making fun of a customer while I was ordering. Then, when I returned to pick up my pizza, she screamed at me, grabbed the pager out of my hand, and slammed the window shut in my face before I could even say a word. After all of that, the pepperoni pizza was mediocre at best.

Not worth stopping in for due to high cost for low quantity and quality pizza. After ordering two personal pizzas, “cheese sticks”, a dessert pizza, and after tip I paid $55. Wasn’t worth $25.

Today we tried their Smokin’ Dough Food Truck. Great crust, great pizza ! They can even make you a vegan style pizza, just ask for it, it’s not on regular menu but they were happy to make it for us. Everything was so delicious!

They came to my building at work and claimed a 15 minute wait. It was good pizza, but for the 40 minute wait and cost, it wasn’t worth it for me. Not a good option if you are on a lunch break, I recommend having over an hour of disposable time to get the order placed and made and then still have enough time to eat without scarfing it down.

We went to this food truck today (the 4th of July) at Legion Park in Everett and it took me 2.5 hours to get my pizza. However!! The pizza was AMAZING! I really hope they learn from their mistakes today and learn how to manage their time and orders well because I would definitely order from them again at future events.
