Prepare for a food coma! This place has the best over the top biscuits in the greater Greenville area. I love specialty biscuit shops and have been to most, if not all, for brunch or breakfast. Maverick Biscuit has the best jams, butter flavors,and ice coffee. The biscuits are huge and fluffy. You will not be able to finish it all. I had the biscuit with breaded, fried chicken (it comes with a white meat breast), fried goat cheese, a yummy jam, and the biscuit is topped with an egg of your choice. This is one of their popular biscuits, but I can’t remember the name. Check out the pictures or show it to the server if you’re interested. I highly recommend this restaurant. We were walking at Conestee trail, then stopped by Maverick Biscuit for Brunch. It was the perfect way to end the morning walk. It’s not a fancy place, but it was very clean. The staff is also extremely friendly. I can’t wait to stop by again in the future.

Maverick Biscut has a nice menu with a variety of options to choose from. I went with The Nash, which is a jalapeño cheddar biscut with Nashville hot chicken, jalapeños, pickles, and poblano ranch dressing. It was delicious. It wasn’t too hot, so I didn’t have to chug my caramel ice coffee, which complemented the biscut perfectly. It was a little pricey, but worth it. When I want to treat myself to something a little different. I’ll head back to try another unique biscut

We tried Maverick Biscuit for the first time this morning and I believe we may become regulars! I got the Nashville hot biscuit with an over medium egg on top and my wife got the lumberjack biscuit with jalapeño grits!

The food was incredible! I’d definitely look over the menu before arriving at the restaurant, you have to order before seating and the menu on the wall is a little chaotic and hard to read. (They do have paper menus at the register too) The service was alright and the food was out a a good speed. The service could’ve improved but it’s not their focal point. Their focal point is definitely the food, and it was odd the chain! We also ordered a sangria to compliment the mean but, I would not order it a second time.

Fairly new place.. Don’t go…. If you are not hungry… Huge biscuits… This is a have your biscuit your way kind of place.. So many varieties and combinations.. they have the thickest bacon I have ever had.. Plenty of seating area inside plus a nice eating area outside.
