This location the food is mostly hot and freshly made. However, the service is VERY slow. If you come on lunch break, be prepared to wait for most of your lunch hour. I have been in line for 45 min, and this is not just once in a while it happens too often. I just don’t understand why they don’t accommodate the lunch rush. Don’t even think about going on Wed or Thurs you won’t beat your lunch time. I wish the management would do better with staffing. There are two drive-thru lines and one that is never used. Everyone is saying staffing is an issue. I think that statement is used to often to be real at this point. It’s been two years of the same results. They would make so much more money if the line would move faster. ‍♀️
