Brisket sandwich was good and smokey. A touch dry but sauce was good addition. Beans were on point and good spice . I would skip the Mac and cheese. Over all would recommend. Great staff

Absolutely some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had!!! We visited Dave and his crew twice a couple weekends ago while in the area visiting The Wilds. The brisket I had was so tender, smoked, and flavored to perfection. Loved the kickin beans and fried mushrooms as well. Oh, and they have ice cream!! I had their ice cream cookie… It’s like a brick of ice cream and cookies slabbed together… Awesome!!! The staff was nice and helpful. Frankly, can’t wait to go again!!! Definitely check them out if you’re in the area!!!

The pig standing outside caught my attention. The smokey smell if bbq brought me in. The food was decent. The chicken was the best. The brisket was a little greasy, but tasty. Beans were very good. Potato salad was runny. Mac and cheese had a sweetness that was a little unusual. Wasn’t bad, but not what we’re used to. Try it. You might love it!

Brisket was awesome. Meatloaf is pretty tasty. I was surprised how much I liked the chilli Mac. Only thing I have to question is the sides. Mac and cheese has a sweet taste to it, Beef and Noodles are just uncomfortable in the spicy department, chilli is a bit on the sweet side as well. The textures and looks of the m are good and familiar, but the different taste dynamic is odd in a lot of cases and kinda turns me off. Service is great and friendly. It’s a great place for lunch or dinner, and if you give it a chance, find what you like over a couple of times, What’s right is very right. If you come across a taste that doesn’t fit a side you bought, lol you have been warned

Really good bbq. We had brisket & slaw sandwich, and the meatloaf, and had sides of green beans and kicken’ mac & cheese. Everything was wonderful, flavorful, and really delicious. Got a Chocolate peanut butter shake on my way out the door and it was the perfect consistency. Great soft serve ice cream, lots of flavors. Highly recommend. If I lived here, this would be one of my frequent eateries.
