For a place that says they are freaky fast they sure are freaking slow!! Been to this one 5 times in the past 6months and its 10 times longer to get your food than from the other 2 in the area. Workers talk and mess around whole time. Better off driving to other JJs, ordering and getting home 10 minutes faster than if you went to this one…

Place says ‘Open’ on Google Maps, but is closed today (Sunday). Sign says in window that the location is closed due to staffing shortage. Would be a good thing to know if you plan on eating here on a weekend…

Delivery time was great, but the chip bag was torn at the bottom and spilling out. I requested that my sandwich be cut in half, and it was whole when I received it. Food is good, but attention to detail is lacking.

I told the cashier exactly what I wanted on my sandwich which was salami, cheese, Avocado spread and Mayo. They ended up putting lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and barely any avocado spread.

Jimmy John’s #1174 1420 Losey Blvd La Crosse WI 54601. Check # 204 Ordered a 8 inch # 15 Club Tuna and Giant #13 Jimmy Cubano. Slow service. Staff was too busy talking with each other and not concerned with completing the orders. 8 inch tuna had 1 scoop of tuna that only covered half of the sandwich.Same with the Cubano meat only covered half of the sandwich plus there were so many pickles that my husband couldn’t even taste the meat. The bread was so hard that we could barely cut it with a serrated knife. We will never visit ANY of your establishments again nor will we recommend you to anyone! Very disappointing!!!

Stopped in to order a sandwich and the cashier asked if I wanted cheese on sandwich, I said “no thanks”. I pay and look at the receipt to realize I’ve been charged for cheese. Manager credits me the difference. I wait and watch 4 other customers get served their sandwich before me so I asked and they lost the receipt. I wait and watch 3 more people get their sandwich, finally get mine and it’s someone else’s order. Tell them it’s the wrong sandwich and wait some more. Told the manager on duty about my experience, he had no interest in my concern or about making it right. Very disappointed in customer service.

I can understand staffing issues and being busy, but what I can’t understand is it taking over an hour for my order to go out for delivery, sandwiches not labeled or cut in half, no chips, no straw, no napkins, and way too much mayo. This used to be one of my favorite lunches, now it’s just a disappointment.

This store has usually been spot on, but recently it has been really slacking. Today I asked for extra mayo and hot peppers and I think I got about 3 peppers on the sandwich(see photo) . Also, my ranch cup I received wasn’t shut all the way and resulted in me spilling it unfortunately.
