You want fast and efficient service? Don’t come here, lady refused to take my order inside, was obligated to use the kiosks inside because Manager wants customers to order from there. Sounds lazy and not efficient. For a non regular customer it takes time to navigate through the kiosks. When employee is just standing there watching you order your food instead taking everyone’s order to get through lunch rush? Manager is underperforming in this locatin, tried to speak with her/him, but was informed she’s in vacation. Oh and they didn’t take credit cards in the drive through, wasted my time waiting to get out of drive thru, just to go inside and be told to order from the kiosks instead. Avoid at all cost.

Bought nacho deluxe box and received my chalupa with 1 tiny strip of chicken pretty much not existence.called and manager was extremely rude and condensendin. She said and I quote that never happens there.well guess what happened today.they offered nothing to make things right.would never recommend this taco bell get del taco around corner cheaper and better customer service.

Ok I’d just like to say to everyone wondering why this location is closed sometimes when it says opens at 7am it is due to shortage of staff and it’s not just this location it is just about all taco Bell locations. This is a really great location they just don’t have enough staff. Management is working on improving this location

I went to the taco bell on foothill at 2:25am and they told they weren’t taking orders at the moment and only door dash would be allowed from 3 to 5 am which means they were closed for an hour when it should be considered 24 hours . There was a car infront of me that also pulled up to the window and was allowed to order we saw the man employee charge him and told him to park in the back so no one can see that they were allowed to order. stupid of the company to close and Blame the system being down
