Came with a large party and they were able to accommodate us. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The service was fast too. The food was just ok. The salsa and chips were undersalted & the green salsa didn’t have much flavor at all – very disappointing. The drinks were inconsistent. The Pollo Fundido was tasty but the sauce could have used more flavor – it was cream cheese heavy. I also found it odd that most other main dishes come with rice and beans, but the Pollo fundido only came with rice and it was an extra charge for beans (which sadly, did not have much flavor either). The deep fried ice cream was wonderful!

Outside look and inside decor is that of Spanish inspired colors and design. Inside smaller area but comfortable. Happened to have a guitarist there while eating, which was nice just a little loud so had to repeat myself or talk louder to have the people I was dining with hear me. Had the Pollo fundido, which was good but not great. Chicken tasted different from before, less flavor as if it was from a can instead of fresh. Service was good, server did keep the drinks full and continued to check in with us. For this area it was a pleasant dining experience.

We were up in Fountain Hills to see a play at the Theater down the street. It was a busy Friday night and we had less than an hour before our show. We sat at the bar. The bartender was working hard, but service was slow to start. Once we ordered, everything was great. The food was amazing and I love that you can choose from a full plate or smaller portion. We each ordered a different entry and switched half way through. The Mole Enchiladas were yummy, but the Polo Fundito was AMAZING? If I get to Fountain Hills again, I would make a point to eat there again.
