I’m visiting from out of town and McCalisters is USUALLY one of my favorite restaurants. So I ordered a Grilled Chicken Spud and Roast beef Spud. When I say there was 4 small pieces of chicken and very little cheeses, I’m being nice. If I had wanted a Plain potato I would have ordered one. Definitely not going back.

This has to be the slowest McAlister’s ever. We walked in with no one in line, only two tables occupied. Ordered soup/salad and spud max. Waited 23 minutes for the soup/salad. The young lady who brought it to our table didn’t know anything about the spud. At 35 min. went back to counter, found out it was still not ready, asked for a refund, which they gave me. Fifteen minutes later, as we were leaving, they brought out the potato and offered us a to go, which we couldn’t accept as we weren’t going home for quite a while. Was told that previous shift didn’t leave them enough spuds (would have LOVED this info when I first ordered, 50 MINUTES AGO! Several other tables, who came in after we did. were still waiting for food as we left.

Every time I have been here and I get my food they always forget something and have to wind up going back to counter and asking for whatever is missing. Also went in and ordered salad and baked potato and salad was wrong, potato was cold (butter wouldn’t even melt). I see employees playing and cutting up so much no wonder they miss things.
