You can drink all of this rich yet light soup. It is very refreshing after eating.

Absolutely incredible. I haven’t been able to get my hands on ramen this good since visiting Japan in 2020. Well worth a visit! Wouldn’t recommend if you are picky or have a lot of dietary restrictions but the menu does have a vegan ramen option. Very authentic ramen bar where you can watch your food being made while chatting with the incredibly friendly staff. Will absolutely be visiting again.

This is top tier Ramen. The owner is so amazing and helped us understand each dish. She has amazing stories about how she developed each dish. We’re so happy to be able to enjoy lunch and dinner here. Thank you!

Definitely caught off guard. I don’t agree with the gushing reviews at all. The broth is merely okay, and the noodles are cheap. The pork slice was tiny. I enjoyed my ramen, but my partners tasted weird.

Very personal experience. Despite having just opened in October 2021, this place set a golden standard for Ramen and for Japanese cuisine and culture in the Hudson Valley. When I arrived, I was greeted by friendly wait staff and a very positive atmosphere. After being seated at the Ramen bar, we were offered drinks. The teas and authentic selection of other beverages was awesome. We ordered the Yaki Gyoza, shown in one of the images. They were steamed and crispy on the bottom and very flavorful. We also ordered tofu, which was soft and delicate and extremely flavorful. The miso Ramen was the star of the show. It was presented beautifully. But actually, the real star was the head chef herself. She was very passionate about her food and loved explaining how to properly eat Ramen and the tradition behind it. She loves talking about her recipes and experiences. She made you feel like you were the only people there. Unfortunately, due to covid, the seating is limited and it is reservation only but they do very impressive and fun Ramen take out. They give you all the components and explain how to cook and assemble it yourself at home. This restaurant deserves more publicity and when covid restrictions lessen, I can see this place as an awesome hang out spot where you can stand in a portal to Japan in the middle of downtown Kingston.

Some of the best ramen I’ve eaten outside of Japan. Delicious and complex broth, high quality ingredients, perfectly cooked noodles. Fried yaki gyoza appetizers were incredibly fresh with a refined dipping sauce. Menu is compact and simple, and the friendly proprietors offered careful advice on the best way to taste and savor the large steaming bowls of ramen. They even served up small scoops of green tea and red bean ice cream, on the house! To top it off, the meal was very reasonable priced.

what a treasure. Places like that need to stay in our communities. The priority is quality and make simple, earthy ingredients taste like delicacies. The hosts are so kind and genuine. I can’t wait to go back for an other bowl of Ramen. Thank-you
