Lack luster. It‘s your typical Chipotle joint. Getting food in line and in person is best at this location. When ordering for pick up-they prolifically make the food ahead of time so that, when you arrive on time for your pick up, it is already cold. Most items are sad in appearance and the chips are like little flat bricks. Best of luck when ordering from this location.

I can never get what I ordered. I ordered a burrito bowl from the chipotle app with guac on it and never got it, and I got lettuce even though I didn’t order it. And when reporting my issue I only got a free drink instead of a refund. This is unacceptable.

I had sent my fiancé to go get us food when I was pulling a 13 hour shift. She left to go get it before I was ready to clock out so we had food when we went home. Come to find out when I got home. Rice was hard steak was fatty chicken was over seasoned and just all-around a bad experience. Don’t waste your time.

Have always thought highly of this Chipotle however, tonight it was a party atmosphere among the workers, food area was not at all tidy and clean with serving and prep ware stacked on top of each other by the grill. OUr meals were “slapped together”, chips stale, quac consisted of large chunks of avocado, lettuce was not the usual crispy and fresh. Very disappointing. Wondering if anyone was in charge….

Ordered online and had delivered. My veggie burrito bowl was disgusting! It had ice cold rice that was all clumped together, like they scrapped it from the bottom of the pan. It had, no joke, 15 black beans and about 1 cup of sour cream. They also forgot my chips. I guess you if you don’t stand there and watch them prepare your food they dont care about quality.

This used to be a great location but I don’t know what happened. On multiple occasions I get shorted, claiming “we’re out of ___” like it’s completely unavailable then someone comes right behind to restock what they claim they’re out of or I’m literally watching someone in the middle of prep. Seems like a big lack of communication between employees or just laziness. I would understand if I came before close but it’s always hours before. Never had this issue at any other chipotle. If there’s a mass shortage, tell us. I tried to have some sympathy but it’s getting ridiculous.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been in. Incredibly slow and one very rude worker who completely blew us off when we asked a question. Also a very filthy line: I’ll post the picture. I love Chipotle, but I now loath this one. I’ll never be back.

The food is typically good. But the online ordering system is very inconsistent. Some days we order, get there in 15mins and it’s ready as promised, or like today 35mins behind schedule because they didn’t know they had orders.

They ration their food!!! Idk why. We are paying and yet they barely give you a scoop of anything. Then you say something and they actually caught an attitude about giving a whole scoop. A heaping scoop especially when I’m paying for double meat. Don’t give me a half of a scoop. It’s not like chipotle is cheap ether so why not load the bowl up like you used to smh. Smh.

This has to be by far the worst chipotle in the county. From the quality of food, speed of service and attitude of workers. Last time I was told I couldn’t order extra rice. Not because they’re running low but because they can’t seem to figure out when to start cooking more to have it ready for when it runs low. I don’t know who is ultimately responsible for how this location is run, but it’s about as bad as you can get for such a popular brand.
