I will forever remember this day! The day that Taco Bell got everything 100% spot on correct! I remember it it like it was 20 minutes ago. We placed an online order. I pulled up. They greeted me. I told them my name name. The lady said please pull around. Waited maybe 3 minutes at best. She hands me the bag as I ask if I can get some hot sauce. And she kindly replies with, its already in the bag. I say great! Thank you, have a great night. And she responded in kind. So everything is going perfect so far. From order to fulfillment. But alas! We have yet to see the product. And I apologize for not having any pictures. But let me tell you. It was PERFECT! Everything was just perfect! Portions of meat and vegetables and the soft and crunchy taco shells were spot on. Who ever was working tonight. I really really appreciate it. From the service to the quality. You guys did an amazing and professional job.

just got food they said take the survey cause they need it no wonder they need it i got a crunch wrap they didn’t put the shell in it or lettuce or sour cream one scoop of meat and a few tomatoes it was paper thin not happy at all.

Its Taco Bell, menu shrunk, service has slumped, prices have increased. Stores been updated to be more sterile looking. Taco bell may be on the way to bankruptcy if they keep on the path they are on, going down hill, and has no brakes.

The past several months, it seems as if nothing but high schoolers run the place, and they definitely don’t know what they’re doing. I think there might be some new people finally because after not going back there for 4 months, I tried it again and now the people there are actually friendly, seem awake and coherent and the food taste better.

Got the completely wrong order, but didn’t realize until we got home.. a little on us, but we should also be able to trust we’ve received the correct order. we live too far away to come back. really wish they would get there stuff together and make sure people get what they ask for. kinda ridiculous.

I went to taco bell in Liberty Texas today. I went inside the lobby to order. It appeared clean and empty. There were 6 employees sitting at a table and only one that I could see working the drive thru. They never bothered to acknowledge me or come take my order. The rudest most unprofessional place I’ve been in a while. Spoke with some other people and they said they never eat at that one because of the poor quality of food and service. I will not be back.

I came here the other day with my kids to eat as taco bell is one of my daughters favorites. I was disappointed. They gave us hard shell tacos instead of soft tacos so I had to empty out the tacos into my own tortillas at the house so that the kids would even eat them. They barely had any meat in them. They were mostly just lettuce and sour cream. I was really disappointed. The worker however was fast at getting the food to us and was kind. But overall, it was a bad experience.
