I’ve ordered from here only a couple times and both times have been a terrible experience. Old tasting food, parts of my order missing, and they NEVER include sauce. No matter how many sauces you order, or how many times you put “please don’t forget my sauces” in the notes they still do. It almost seems purposeful. I will definitely not be ordering from them again.

Horrible!! Had to order online kfc. The app kept freezing took an hour to get all of my order in requested several Honey and honey dipping sauces and three other sauces. None were out in the order!!! When the delivery driver dropped it off I couldn’t understand a word he said! Could Not speak English very well! I told him (I know it’s not his responsibility it’s the customer services at that kfc store on paradise valley road spring valley) he said I will go get the sauces and bring back to you and he never did it!! There is never any answer when calling this kfc store and not to mention almost $9.00 Delivery charge!! I’m going to the better business borough. If I could give this place zero I would!! Bad business!! The delivery driver is a LIAR and I hope this place closes down! I wasted $50 three it away the chicken was mushy too!! J

I rarely eat at KFC but I have to say, I’m all for everyone making a living wage especially here in California, everyone except the people that works in the food industry. They all deserve no more than 6 bucks an hour. I just ordered food from this KFC via Uber Eats. Got old cold stale fries, no sauce for my chicken tenders when I specifically requested sauce. Got pickles on my chicken sandwich when I specifically asked for no pickles. As long as people working in the food industry continue to get people’s food wrong, they’re worth no more than 6 bucks an hour. And that’s being generous. Those guys are really something else. Maybe it’s just the area I’m in. Mind boggling how easy this job is and they can’t even get that right!!!

Service was slow. They didn’t get our order right. I ordered the 5 layer burrito and all it had was beef, beans and cheese. My husband ordered the crunch wrap supreme. They had forgotten to put in the middle crunchy tortilla and didn’t put it in the press long enough.
