We went in at 8:45 and they were still nice and took our order. At 5 til 9 a trucker came in and she still took his order. Great place to eat. Food is wonderful.

Terrible customer service. Placed an order online, paid online, was told to pick up at 6:19. I was in the drive through by 6:15. Didn’t get my food until 6:50. BOTH orders were incorrect. So on top of waiting for 45 minutes, we got incorrect orders. Called the store, the “manager” was extremely rude and didn’t want to do anything to make it right. She hung up on my husband. Do not go to this establishment. Calling the other location currently and contacting the owners of the store.

The food has always been good and hot. Prices are pretty reasonable and the staff has always been nice. The reason for 4 stars is I usually get orders to go and they don’t always answer the phone. Be sure and check to make sure your order is correct before you drive home. They do offer some sort of online service but you never know if they go it. Overall very good place to get lunch or dinner.

excellent food! but disorganized staff. I will eat there again but I will order out. My experience was good but no clean tables and waitress said she did not have the table cleaned because some people complain when they are wet. They do not give out menus because they expect everyone to have been there before. This restaurant has the potential to be a great restaurant if they improve staff and size of there locations.

Manager of this location is extremely rude. Called and spoke to her after waiting 45 minutes at the drive through and getting 2 wrong orders. She told me she doesn’t need my business and hung up on me. Spoke to the owner who was wonderful and offered to fix BOTH of our wrong orders, but I wasn’t concerned with the food after calling this location. I was concerned by the awful customer service. Will change my review if she is terminated. Do not go to this location if you want good customer service. Expect to be talked down to and hung up on.

First time ordering here from delivery through door dash.. the order was missing 3 things 2 steak meals and side shrimp. Although they remade my order completely, they offered a “free meal or credit”before hand….. IT WAS 2 WHOLE MEALS…the poor doordash driver went out of her way to go get the food that I paid $40+ for.. very dissatisfied, although I appreciate the remake of the food but I won’t be ordering from here again.

This is a review of the take out, dining in may be better. I had stopped eating here because every time the chicken was dry and overcooked and the rice mushy, and clumped up. But I had a craving and called in an order. They said 10-15 mins so I left because I live 10 minutes from there. There was a large line and it wasn’t moving so I waited at least 10 minutes before getting to the window, paid for my food and then he says it’s not ready and to pull back around. Ok…. I did and when I got back to the window no one came back. I sat there for another 10 minutes before he finally brought my food and said “Here ya go”. No sorry for my wait or nothing. If I hadn’t already paid I would have just left and went to Burger King. Should not take 30 minutes for a to go order of rice and chicken. When I did get it, it was actually fresh and had a lot of meat. But I won’t be going back.
