I normally give good reviews on restaurants because I don’t like bashing anyone, especially their livelihood. However, Papa Johns in Covington will be getting the lowest possible score from me. We used to order a pizza every Sunday night, but after getting our order either completely wrong, partially wrong, or undercooked every time, I’m over it. Because our pizzas were always, and I mean ALWAYS, undercooked, we had to ask if they could cook them longer. Supposedly, they were, but when the dough is soggy and falls apart when you pick it up, OR the amount of sauce was enough to fill a soup bowl, you get sick of asking and trying. If you order cheese dipping sauce, forget it. It will not be with your order, but you will have to ask for it and not just take their word. This place is terrible, and they will not change.

This is the second unpleasant experience I have had with this particular location. Customer service was terrible. The young lady was clearly irritated and arguing back and forth with another employee while attempting to take my order. While this was going on, she sporadically placed me on hold multiple times with no indication other than the recorded hold message. So, mid conversation, I just keep hearing clicks and advertisements. Then, after she finally got all the information, she told me that they didn’t deliver 7 minutes away from the location! How don’t you deliver? I had a delivery here about a month ago!

When you’re used to paying Little Ceasars prices (for pretty good quality pizza if I may add), Papa John’s (and basically any other pizza place besides Stevie B’s) is a bit pricey. That is the only thing I could complain about with this delivery/order experience. They made a really good veggie thin crust w/o sauce though, which makes it matter a little less!

First and last time ordering/picking up from this store. First nobody greets you when you walk in, second they lie. App said my order was ready and I walk in 5 mins later they are still cutting my order. I asked for a few cups of ranch which i had to pay for $.89 for a tiny cup. I only ordered here because i was passing thru they can use some pointers from my local papa johns. Will definitely have a chat with corporate about this ridiculous store

This location must not use a clock, ordered pizza to be picked up at 6:15, pizza was ready at 5:45. Ordered extra cheese and there was less than normal cheese. NY style crust is a gimmick, not anywhere close to NY style. The only positive was the stuffed crust was actually decent, one we reheated it. Little Caesar’s is a much better option next door

Tried to order delivery from the app , after trying to order several times an error sign kept popping up, yet my credit card got charged multiple times. I called the store and I was told they have no record of my order !! After stating i was charged several times the person over the phone told me she could take my order but i would be charged again !! I told her never mind I didn’t want to be charged a third time for the same order! Worst service ever !
