I was the only customer inside when I ordered an everything bagel. It took them 15 minutes to make. I even had to ask the young girl when they thought it may be done. She went to look but never came back. When another employee brought it to me it was burnt. It was so hard, I couldn’t even bite into it. I called and the manager wasn’t in. I then asked for corporates number. They were too busy talking over by the drive thru window area then they were working.

I ordered two items at the drive thru. I had to go back two different times to get what I ordered. Two different times getting out of my car which is what I didn’t want to do, and that’s why I went through the drive thru. It wasn’t at a busy time either. The young gentleman working there was nice and apologetic; however, a checking system needs to be in place for orders, especially in the drive thru. A complimentary doughnut “on the house” would’ve been a nice gesture to make up for my inconveniences.

The last time I was here the donuts was a small dollop of filling on the side of the donut . I decided to go less than a mile down the road to crafed dough. Omg I’m hooked . The filling in them are full and fresh makes this place look cheep . Crafted dough is down town murphy look them up I promise you that you will not be disappointed. I also want to mention I have nothing to do about crafted dough in any way I just want you to know how much your missing .
