The day before I had to put down my last dog I took him there for the pup cup. This was my dog’s 1st time here since my last one passed away. These guys are great they’ve never charged me for them they’re always very kind and they always ask if the puppies want a treat Thank you Caribou for all the memories & all the tears

I was happy to come here weekly for 3 months straight with my language tutor. Two encounters with the same staff member has changed this for me. All because of a missing liner in a trash can that I happen to throw my empty coffee cup in. I want politely asked to pick it up and throw it in another trash but was sternly reprimanded that I should’ve noticed the line missing and if I was smart I would’ve picked up my trash and threw it away. I came in yesterday and saw the same staff member and she refused me service as soon as I walked in the store. Sad I won’t ever be back again.

This location has diminished considerably over the years. The quality of the food remains good, but the service has declined dramatically. Hot tea now takes exponentially longer to receive than a blended cold drink or a specialty hot drink (both of which were ordered after my hot tea), and staff appear to neglect the restaurant area completely in favor of the drive-thru. Prices have also increased quite a bit within the last few months without any noticeable added value.

I know a caramel cooler is a super basic drink, BUT the ice to drink ratio is always perfect I’ve gone to others in the area and it’s like they don’t put enough ice in so the bottom of the drink is just a drink. Plus, they have the cutest pup cups! You get a little bone included in the whipped cream for your four legged friends ❤️
