I gave this place a bad review 8 years ago and for good reason. However, I’m editing my review because they have new managers since that review and I have noticed a great improvement in their service. Food is most often consistently good. Service is best during the the normal work week and lunch in my opinion, that’s when the more experienced work force is there. Also, this location has a prize of a cake lady… ice cream cakes are on time when ordered ahead and she is a talented decorator.

Waited for a quite a while in the drive thru, but didn’t care at first because I knew I’d get a delicious blizzard at the end of it. When we got to the window she didn’t flip the cup over. When I got the blizzard I knew why, it was basically sweet milk in a cup it was so melted. Im disappointed, I should’ve gone to McDonald’s or sonic and got a McFlurry or a blast.

We went through the drive thru at 8:30 on a Sunday evening and there was nobody behind or in front of us. All we ordered was 2 small blizzards and we didn’t leave the line until 8:53. 20 minutes for 2 ice creams is insane!! If we wouldn’t have already paid, we would’ve just drove off. On top of that, they didn’t dump the blizzard upside down.

The young lady at the counter let us know that they were having a problem with one of their machines freezing properly. Blizzards had more of a consistency of a thick milkshake. The grandchildren enjoyed their mini blizzards nonetheless! It was very cold in there, Bring your sweater!

For almost a year I’ve been getting “free food” At the end of last year I saved over 8000 point’s and whenever I go back with my “family” I use my point’s get my free 4 pieces of chicken strips, fries toast, and no drink as it advertised, then add a drink. As I spend my 500 points on my food I gain 300 to 400 something back depending on how many people are going with me. So I’ve been enjoying my free food every time I go. I just have to purchase a drink separate.

Fast food has been on a long, slow decline across the board. DQ seems to be no exception. Rising costs = rising prices. But service has been hit or miss. 30 minute wait for 2 blizzards and an cone is just not a win for the customer.

Went through drive-thru. Waited almost 4 minutes before having to ask if they were open. Then had to wait about 4 more minutes before they were ready to take our prder. Got to the window and paid, got one of our blizzards then 3 minutes later the lady came to the window and said “that will be… Why are you still here you, did we miss something?” Yes our other blizzard and parfait… No upside down tests either..

Worst place I’ve been to in a long time. Screaming children, rude and aggressive staff. Imagine sitting and eating your food in peace and then children start screaming. You ask management to ask them to please quiet down. They laugh at you and ignore you. When you ask the parents they blame you for making a child scream and you walk back to your table and they throw food at you. Then curse at you when you leave. Except that treatment from here.

I asked for a large ice cream twist and when they handed it to me it looks horrible! It didn’t look like a large cone and it looked like it already had melted because chocolate part was not frozen enough. I stated that I would prefer a vanilla cone that looked exactly like the picture. They looked at each other until they finally made what I wanted. These coworkers need to know how to handle situations and they need to look confident in what they do.
