It’s been a while since I’ve been this impressed with a new restaurant. Brought the fam to Thai Spice in Webster, TX and ordered a smorgasbord of spicy goodies. Veggie Lover with beautiful tofu, Penang Curry with chicken and vegetables, Thai fried rice, absolutely delightful orange chicken, green curry with beef and last but certainly not least Pad See Ew with pork and vegetables. All of it was quite delicious, ample in serving proportion, and very reasonably priced. The atmosphere is nice and clean. Staff is attentive and friendly. This is exactly the experience you want when taking the family to a nice dinner. Great job Thai spice, you have my thanks.

Been on the look out for good curry restaurants in the area, and this place was pretty good. The yellow curry lunch special was great, and came with salad, soup, and spring rolls. We also got the thom yum soup and I didn’t try it but the person I was with liked it a lot.

First and foremost, I don’t like to give bad reviews unless I’m forced to do it. Came to eat after a soccer competition in Clear Lake with my family and as soon as we walked in instead of greeting us the approach was horrible. One of the two ladies that were working that day as waiters and cashier, told us we are not open, I said well the door is open and is 1143am. Well the chef is not ready and if you stay you are going to wait around 5-10minutes, and I said that’s fine. We are Thai foodies, we know a lot about Thai food. Once the chef was ready our order was taken but the waitress had no customer service skills, she spoke good English and had a bad attitude and she definitely was having a bad day and didn’t want to be there. Presentation on the red curry as not a good one, how ever the taste was awesome.

I am always on the hunt for great Tom Yum and theirs is not bad. I also got Pad Thai, both a 4 level of spiciness. I like a good head sweat when eating spicy, and if you’re the same, I’d recommend a 3 level spice. The servers are not friendly and to the point but that’s ok, I’m not looking for BFFs. If you’re in this area, I would recommend this place over Thai Cottage, which is only down the street.

Delicious food. Fast & friendly service. Clean dining area. A great plus is that one can enjoy Thai or Japanese food in one roof. I also requested brown rice instead of noodles for my meal and they made it happen. Will be back to try all the other items in their menu.
