I had heard that this place is very busy at normal dining hours so I went there at 3pm for dinner with absolutely no problem. The service is over-the-top friendly and helpful. Dirty Curdies for an appetizer are so delicious – little spicy but mostly a flavor blast. I am not a cauliflower fan in general but the Crispy Cauliflower was quite amazing – I would get again! The Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey Burger is absolutely over the top awesome. I dream of the juices flowing from this masterpiece. The Spicy Thai Peanut Chicken Sandwich was a very odd flavor combination which was fun to try but would not get again.

Such an amazing experience. This was our second time visiting. I got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, phenomenal! Perfect balance of sweet and heat. My son really enjoyed the Korean BBQ chicken sandwich special, added the fried egg as suggested. He raved about it!

Sauced is a real gem. Every single menu item is packed with great flavors. Everything is made from scratch and to order. The menu is pretty much perfected with a variety of gourmet chicken sandwiches, burgers, and food truck style side dishes. The staff is super friendly and passionate about their food. Sauced is adjacent to Twisted Vine and you can order and have your food served to you at Twisted Vine. The two are connected by the spacious back patios. A really unique combination. Totally worth the wait to have your food cooked fresh.

Eating at Sauced was a great experience all around! All of the employees were so kind and the atmosphere was lovely. Will definitely be back sometime. I had the Thai chili chicken sandwich and it was spectacular!!! Cauliflower and garlic parm fries were also yum!

Ahhh-MAZING! Everything. Everything is absolutely out of this world delicious. I have been to Sauced more times then I can count and every single time my food is so ridiculously tasty and fresh. I went to Sauced for the first time last night and it tasted absolutely amazing. The chicken sandwich and fries looked like the pictures they have online! I think that is amazing because if I go anywhere else it is not like the pictures. When I walked in the cashier greeted me she was very sweet and had a contagious happy energy! The seating is limited but you can always order food and tell them you are at the twisted vine that provides more seating indoor and outdoor!

My wife and I tried Sauced by Alfaro for the first time yesterday. Her co-worker suggested it. We really didn’t expect much honestly. I tried the Nashville Chicken Sandwich and she had the cheeseburger. Both were amazing! The Nashville Hot Sandwich was the best I’ve had and I’ve had the chicken sandwiches from Nashville. Alfaro had better sandwiches than the best from Nashville!

Absolute favorite restaurant in the Omaha area with a wonderful Christian atmosphere. I’ve traveled to all around the United States and Sauced by Alfaro has the BEST chicken sandwiches I have ever tasted! Don’t forget the bang bang Brussel sprouts while you are there absolutely delicious! My wife and I split the sandwich is why there is only a half sandwich in the picture. Thank you for the wonderful food experience!

I must say, this was by far the best chicken sandwich I have ever tasted! I have been eagerly wanting to visit this place for nearly a month now, and today, I finally made it happen. Prior to my visit, I looked at their menu online and was torn between the bang bang chicken sandwich and the honey Sriracha option. After awhile, I decided to give the bang bang a try, and boy, was it a wise decision! It had a subtle sweetness that was extremely good along with the bed of cabbage. I opted for the Parmesan fries upgrade, and let me tell you, it was worth every penny cause it’s completely smothered in a garlic-infused Parmesan coating. I am definitely planning on returning to this place to try a wide variety of their options!

The food is absolutely amazing. This was hands down the best chicken sandwich and fries I’ve ever had. My husband tried to come the other day and they were too busy for him to grab lunch on his work lunch. However we came on a Saturday knowing it would be a wait (they estimated an hour plus). Went next door to Twisted Vine and had a few drinks while we waited. It was a wait for food, but honestly worth it. Just need to know that it’s going to be a while because the food is fresh. You can’t just walk in for a bite to eat, which is a little disappointing but you just roll with it. Highly recommend the bang bang chicken sandwich and parm fries if you go! The fried pickles were also amazing and highly recommended!
