This is the cleanest Taco Bell I have ever been to. Even the bathrooms were clean. The staff was very nice. Jeffrey took our order and he was excellent. Our food was prepared very quick and it was warm and tasted delicious. Even the sauces were organized nicely. Our dine in experience was 10/10.

Horrible!!! We had to wait forever for someone to help us. Everyone was outside when we arrived and we had to get the person who was sweeping the floors to help us. After we ordered and waiting we were then informed they were out of beef. Very dirty place especially the bathrooms. Seriously need some management to make some changes. Never going back!

Terrible service, very slow and didn’t get what we asked for. When I finally got their attention to let them know it took forever to get it. It was plates and utensils we asked for, when they brought it to me they were sarcastic and gave me like 20 plates and ten utensils with a smug smile. Then they called me a liar when I confronted them about it. They really need to learn customer service.

Taco bell Richfield is always awesome, even if they do have an occasional mistake, they always offer to fix it by going above and beyond. Last time I went over memorial weekend and they were understandably busy and served some subpar food by mistake that appeared a little well done or overheated and upon going to their website and leaving remarks they promptly responded to my comment (the area manager) by text message and offered me full reimbursement on the affected food or free food on next visit.
