We arrived at a few minutes before 2, which is the end of the lunch buffet. Food trays were low but we decided to eat anyway. It was a good variety of dishes and was an okay meal. The air conditioning was out so it was a bit warm. The lights over the food trays were out also to help with heat. The young daughter did the waiting because she could translate. They were courteous. We were given a 20% discount. I am sure it is a good place to eat under better circumstances but I doubt if we go again.

I was very surprised at how good this was and the price is great. Less selection than most Chinese buffet restaurants but the food was more homemade so totally worth it! Any time I am in this part of town I will make it a point to stop here! The five stars is for the value but the food alone may be worth 5 stars. Friendly service, apparently the owners just took over a few months ago, I loved it.

Great food and wonderful family who own and run this restuarant. Usually have take-out but are in and enjoyed the quiet cozy atmosphere. Better than any in Columbia tn. An 11 year old waitress who is a pure joy. Try it, you’ll love it.

While the buffet is small and the outside may appear like a dive, it makes up for it in flavor. The young lady and gentleman that work during the day (owners?) are very friendly! My 4 year old daughter and I showed for a late lunch and were not disappointed. The sesame chicken is excellent, and the noodles, as well. The crab Rangoon was tasty, as well. While they do offer salad at the buffet it is small and dressings appear store bought, but let’s face it… If you go to a Chinese buffet you aren’t going for rabbit food, you go for the amazing food!

I just moved to the area 1 mile from Rice House. I went there on Friday Dec. 21 2018. They open at 11. I walked in at 1130. I tell you the truth….i had put many items on my plate, and EVERYTHING was either cold or barely room temperature!!! The quality was so horrid, i am convinced they use food from the day before. There’s no way it could have been prepared fresh, and even if it was, it should have at least been HOT! They should be ashamed to sell such garbage. The cashier said, oh, well, the water isn’t hot yet. STAY AWAY FROM THIS POISON
