This place is FIRE! This is definitely not your average burger joint. The Pepper-jack Cheeseburger is phenomenal but don’t forget to ask Shannon for her famous jalapeño ranch for dipping your homemade fries in.

I normally don’t eat French fries, but they were recommended to me if I ever got to Clearwater. I wasn’t disappointed. They were thin and crispy just as I like them. The pepper jack cheeseburger was freshly made, not a pre-made patty. The fresh tomato and lettuce made the burger that much tastier. Topped off the meal with a hot fudge sundae.

The food wasn’t terrible, but super greasy. However, there was a hole in the bottom of the styrofoam container that I didn’t notice and I sat it on my bed to eat while nursing my baby and the grease got on my expensive sheets and ruined them!

The customer service was great; I have no complaints in that area. However, I used to love coming here for the chicken strips and fries. The fries, especially were always amazing. Now, they are not hand-cut, aren’t crispy, and was an awkward mix of crinkle and regular cut. The chicken tenders were much smaller, not crispy, and rather bland. It was a surprise, as the chicken strips have always been fresh and crunchy, and the fries were always hand-cut and well-seasoned. The only excuse for this transition would be supply chain issues causing temporary changes. I hope this frozen, bland food is not permanent. 3* only for the service and friendly environment

Truly if I could give them 10 stars I would, food was good and reasonably priced well for what you recieved, what was the true great experience is the people who work there, they are tremendously friendly and accommodating.
