So I placed a order tonight for a large all the way pizza and 12 chicken wings (well done) not 12 boneless wings… So once my husband got here and we saw that we had 12 boneless wings cooked well done I called in and spoke with a manager by the name of Steward who wanted us to bring the chicken back and wait another 25 minutes to get them which was unrealistic considering we had already waited for this dinner. And when you are hungry and worked all day he had ate a couple of the very dry overcooked boneless wings so the manager was like bring those back and we will cook the kind that we ordered but by then we only had 10 at this point and who wants to wait another 25 minutes after he even stated that the person that took the order should have asked… Now you own a restaurant and I’m pretty sure no one orders boneless chicken to be cooked well done!!! Steward you should think of your customers and at least have offered some sort of solution for another day because that was not our fault! I ordered chicken wings not boneless wings!!!!! Think of yourself as a customer… Our boneless chicken well done was very dry and me knowing the restaurant industry I know that you were only going to throw it out anyway! SERVICE MATTERS!!!!!

Great Place, Great Food, Excellent Value. My wife and I wanted to go someplace different during the cold spell we are having right now, she does business in Circleville so we decided to try this place. The place itself is roomy and very inviting it’s separated into two side a bar side with dining and a larger area in the the back for bigger groups. The lighting is low and warm it has an industrial kinda feel. My wife loves the type of crunchy ice they use. She calls it hospital ice cause that’s what she chewed on when she was pregnant in the hospital. We ordered for an appetizer the stuffed mushrooms and it is the same dish most places have it was good nothing bad well seasoned, made very well served hot and quick. We both had the red beans and rice. She had the bourbon chicken and I the sausage. A great dish for a cold night if you like a little spice order the sausage if you like sweet order the chicken. My wife and I both were pleased with this meal again nothing stood out but it was well made good purport ions just a really good meal. We finished with bread pudding dessert and it was great as well. Perfect for this cold season. The last thing is the price for the meal we had it was very reasonably priced along with our server Taryn who did a great job serving us we will definitely come back and recommend this place.

We went last night and we all ordered the filet. Two steaks were cooked well done when we ordered medium rare. When the manager walked by, Stewart asked us how everything was. When my two friends told him and showed him the steaks, he said “they look medium rare to me.” Then, walked away. The waitress came over and said she’d comp the two meals. When we got our bills, they only deducted 10% from my friends’ bill. We had to ask the waitress why they weren’t comped, and she said 10% was the best they could do. When we left, Stewart the manager saw us and left the room. I have never experienced anything like that. BTW, our waitress was the best part of the experience. Even our drinks were watery and tasteless. I was a frequent visitor to Watt St., but not anymore. If you go, do not get the steak. And, be prepared to be unpleasantly surprised.

Our server Christopher was excellent! He had our drinks there immediately and the food was hot and delicious! My first time there and we will be back! I read the reviews and can’t imagine this place getting less than a 4! Nobody is perfect and for anyone to give a one star, well, all I have to say is, “some people you just can’t reach!” Go to burger King if you want to pick some place apart!!

We had stuffed mushroom , they were delicious, pizza ( best around) and I had a ribeye steak with LA sauce and sauté mushrooms ( very delicious. Service was great and so was the environment. Well with the time and money. Will definitely be returning.

We waited about 15 minutes for our waitress to get our drink order. About 15 minutes after that a different person brought our “drinks”. Mine was just a shot of vodka minus the iced tea. About 20 minutes later she came to get our food order. We waited a long time and they brought out my order correctly but his order was wrong. She was apologetic but we were already irritated. It’s my first and last time here. Too bad because the Reuben pizza was good but overpriced at $21 for a 10 inch.
