This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that we’ve had problems even getting our order made. Last week they lost our order and it took over 2 hours to get it. And today we ordered food at 3:50 they didn’t have a delivery driver till 5 but didn’t bother to call and tell us that. Then they promised it would be delivered by 5:25. A half hour later we call again and it would be an hour before we’d get it so we said we’d do carry out. Wait 20 minutes to go get it and it’s still not ready!! I’m beyond upset about this and am ready to just pay more money and take my business to pizza ranch.

We have had not bad but real bad experiences the last few times calling Domino’s whether we order online or call there’s never a driver available which should be stated on your website prior to placing orders or accepting orders from customers and or they are processing payments and taking people’s card information before accepting an order and confirming with the consumer that it will be

While the road infront of the building under construction, the only place to park to get here was the side of the building (which is fine, that’s unavoidable) but when I went in to pick my pizza up, I parked on the side right by the sign saying “Dominos parking”. When I pulled up, one of their delivery drivers pulled up behind me, got out and scolded me saying I can’t park there. I told her I was here for dominos and parked in the dominos parking lot. She replied rudely saying only employees can park there and that I had to move my vehicle so I did. I went in and asked to speak with a manager because either they need to change their sign to say employee parking only or they need to talk to the driver about how they treat their customers. Thats when they said that the person who yelled at me was the manager!! I couldn’t believe they would have someone that rude in charge of a store. I was then assured they would give my number to the district manager and that I would receive a call from them but I never did! It’s obvious that the management does not care about customer service and doesn’t understand the confusion a “dominos parking” sign is when it’s apparently only for the employees.

Second time in a year where they have not only taken 2 hours to get our order delivered, but then take our money & give the wrong order. Last night they told us we could come get our money back today & when we showed were given a run around about how we needed to come back when the Manger was around… We are done ordering from them!
