My fiancé and I have been coming here since the day they open and every experience has been extremely pleasant except this last time! We waited over 10 minutes to be even spoken to. When the server finally did come to us we weren’t greeted just asked what we were drinking. My fiancé waffle was given to him in a Togo container! Our cups were empty when she brought our food and when she brought out the check and she never once asked if we needed a refill. The service here has been great but this time is was absolutely terrible! I could make out the servers name but did get a picture! We also watched a cook drop a steak on the floor! If service keeps going down hill we will not be back!

The best Waffle House I have been to, hands down. The place was packed but we got our food quickly, it was good and fresh. And our server Miracle was awesome. Definitely check them and her out, she has the best customer service and don’t forget her tip.

The moment we walk in the staff is greeting us. Every employee who has come into contact with my special needs son are amazing. Always smiling, being patient, and they get his order out asap since they know it is hard for him to wait. One of the workers even assisted me one time getting my handicap father and special needs son in into the restaraunt. The food has always been great. Our table is always clean. Staff is excellent!

I am giving this rating because of the poor service; they refused to accept my request for a kid’s meal because I was not very hungry. It cost me five dollars extra. I walked in and the only available booth had crumbs. After a while of waiting for service the waitress came over in a sour attitude while touching the silverware by the part you put in your mouth; then proceeded to take the silverware and replace it with disposable utensils. Afterward, she put the previous silverware on an empty table for oncoming customers. HOW GROSS! When they brought my food the bacon was burned. I would have asked for a replacement but the waitress was very standoffish. I asked for apple juice and she took the kids carton and cut it open with a cooking knife which was very unappealing. The juice had no ice and was warm. I would have asked for ice but the waitress was very standoffish as states previously. That was my disappointing experience at Waffle House. You can do much better than that.

My 8 year old said we should leave a 5 star review!!! Restaurant was clean. Service was spectacular. Assistant manager KT greeted us as we entered and he also cooked our food that was DELICIOUS! Our waiter was also very nice and attentive. He Made sure we always had what we needed. We will definitely return and recommend this location to others!

Filthy! Beautiful curb appeal matching upscale location. Inside the WH is a different story. Tables left uncleaned from previous customers. Floors beyond filthy. Bathrooms will gag you from nastiness(use your own worst imaginations). Cooking area is a mess with grease dripping onto floor under grills. Meat has a foul odor even after cooked and served. Diner BEWARE!!!
