I’ve not had any negative experiences at this Starbucks, and my husband finds their black coffee to be much stronger than the coffee at the standalone Starbucks here in town. It’s just an added bonus that it’s inside Target!

I went to Starbucks this morning 5/20/23 and ordered a caramel Frappuccino. I told the lady no ribbon and I also got a double bacon breakfast sandwich. The drink was wrong and everything was in the bag and not on the sandwich. I took it inside and told them it was wrong. The guy remade the correct Frappuccino and sat it on the counter, then walked away. They didn’t apologize or even give me a straw. Shawn could never at the Starbucks in Southeast Health. The best one is in the Hospital definitely not this one.

Black coffee was horrible, 5/22/23 6PM! Weak watery swill. Always get Starbucks coffee when traveling as it’s always dependably good. First time it was this awful.

Pleasant experience but am offended they are asking for tips. It’s not a tipping restaurant. I’m not against tipping but feel that should be customer suggestion not employee handling them the key pad to choose to leave tip or no tip or to even ask.

You can’t put your own clean in, they put it in for you. I like string coffee. But that was STRONG. Would like to put my own cream in. Also they were out of the little pegs you put in your lid to keep from sloushing out. So. It sloushed out.

Really wish Dothan had a stand alone Starbucks but they are usually always friendly and quick! While they don’t provide all of the stand Starbuck options they do have a decent selection.
